I am not to sure how I feel about the first day of fall. Feeling a bit blue lately. I am not looking forward to winter and all the sickness and cold weather it brings. But on the other hand fall leads to Christmas! Ahh Christmas. So to keep the blues at bay I am listening to Accu radio as Nat King Cole sings The Christmas Song. I am hoping and planing and wishing for all sorts of things. Family hopes and prayers,artistic bursts of creativity and well wishes for friends. It is hard to believe that just a month ago I was sitting on the beach and now it is officially Autumn. Happy and warm wishes to all of my creative friends and all who have many hopes and works in progress.Even if the blues are peeking thru the colors of autumn.
What a smart idea! I always dread fall and the invetible cold weather that follows. Concentrating on Christmas has to help!
ReplyDeleteI love the cahnge of seasons. Here in Australia we are 3 weeks into Spring and where I live we have experienced so many weather changes in that time. From beautiful warm sunny days , to freezing wind, storms and hail. Last night we even had a small earthquake. Have to love the seasonal changes

Oh Angelina, I feel the very same way! In fact, I did a post on my goodbye to summer on my blog. It is so bittersweet. All the sickness is what gets to me. And winter just seems soooo long. I have the blues too. :( BUT, I do get to pick out my Christmas cards from you and that is a plus :) Congratulations on the new line of country cards, they are darling!!
